Refund & Exchange Policy
We guarantee the items we sell are as described. Although every effort is made to ensure accurate dimensions and weights, the figures shown should always be treated as approximate.
All returns must be authorized.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization. Once we receive your return in undamaged and original condition, you can either exchange it for something else in our online store or receive a refund of the purchase price. We cannot refund shipping charges.
Items must be insured and returned by the of your choice.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, you will be issued a credit to be used in our online store. Shipping charges will not be credited.
